NPCC Group Launch Guide

Step 1: Register your group.

The deadline to register your group is Monday, January 19.

Step 2: Sign up for “How to Start Your Group Well” Training.

This is a 75-minute training to learn how to best start your group well. Plan to attend if you are a new leader or have not participated in this training in over 12 months. During the time together, you will have an opportunity to learn from your Groups Director and other new and existing leaders.

Step 3: Complete Online Training Pre-work.

Take approximately 25 minutes and complete "How to Start Your Group Well" Pre-work prior to attending the "How to Start Your Group Well" training.

Step 4: Review FAQs and Communication Instructions.

Review these FAQs and Leader Communication Instructions to prepare for the launch of your group.

Step 5: Bookmark NPCC Group Leader Guide and access group plans.

The NPCC Group Leader Guide website is your one-stop shop for information and resources related to leading a group, now and in the future. It includes a section on current Group Plans.
