Why don’t I see my group listed online?
When group member registration opens your group will be visible online until it fills or when registration closes, whichever comes first.
When will I get my roster?
You’ll receive your first roster by Monday morning after registration opens. Check your inbox and spam. If it’s not in either folder contact your Groups Director or groups@northpoint.org.
Important note: during registration week, people move between groups, and any changes will be sent to you overnight. Please check your inbox and spam daily so you’re always working from the most current roster.
When should I reach out to new group members?
Send a welcome email and text to all new group members within 24 hours of receiving your roster. The sooner you connect with them, the more comfortable they will feel. Ask them to confirm their participation.
Send a reminder email or text 3 days before your first group meeting.
Send a text the day of your first group meeting.

What if a group member can’t participate or wants a different group?
If a group member drops out, let us know by completing this form, so their spot can be released to someone still looking for a group.
If a group member wants a different option, simply point them to the Groups website so they can explore other available groups.
What if I don’t hear back from a group member?
Make sure you’ve reached out via email, text and phone call with group details. If the member doesn’t show up to the first group meeting, call or text and use this sample communication.
