The ability to ask good questions is key for any leader. Unfortunately, it doesn't come naturally for most of us. It's a skill we have to develop over time. And developing that skill requires effort and intentionality (I know it's something I'm still working on).
This week on the blog, we're going to get practical and specific about how, when, and why to ask good questions in group. We're kicking things off with this short video. We produced it a couple years ago for Starting Point leaders, but everything in it applies to leading Community Groups or Short-Term Groups. In fact, everything in it applies to leading in any context whatsoever.
Enjoy. We'll be back on Wednesday with more to share about asking good questions.
