Participant Guide: Community: Starting Well in Your Small Group
*This PDF is easy to print or view in most eReaders.

Thank you for being the contact person for your Formative Group, and for agreeing to facilitate your group meetings. You may be excited about being a group facilitator or you may be wondering what you’ve gotten yourself into. You only need to do three things:

  1. Set up the meeting. Help your group set up a date and time when everyone can meet. A few days before the meeting, send everyone an email reminding them when and where the meeting will take place.
  2. Watch. Each week of Community: Staring Well in Your Small Group includes video content. At the beginning of the meeting, watch the session videos with your group.
  3. Discuss. The participant guide includes questions to help you have a conversation about the video. Read the questions aloud so your group can discuss them.
