Interested in Leading a Community Group?
We’re so glad you’re interested in leading a Community Group at North Point Community Church.
We believe circles are better than rows, and Community Groups are one of the best places for people to build meaningful relationships and grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Leading a group is not about having all the answers. It is about creating a safe and welcoming environment where people can be known and encouraged to take their next step.
This page will walk you through the next steps in becoming a Community Group leader.
You Will Not Walk Through This Alone
A Groups Director will be your main contact and guide throughout the process. They will help you learn more about leadership at North Point, walk with you through the application process, help you prepare to start your first group, and continue to support you as you lead.
