Whether you’re just getting started or have been leading for years, you’ll find meaningful conversations, practical tools, and fresh perspective to help you lead with greater confidence, purpose, and impact.
Leader Gatherings (75-minutes, in person or Zoom)
Deeper: Four Skills for Real Connection
When: Sunday, October 18 or 25 | 8:45 and 10:45 a.m. | The Gallery or The Hub
Purpose: Gather with fellow group leaders to develop practical skills that help create more meaningful conversations and deeper connections in your group.
Leader Silence and Solitude Retreat
When: Thursday, October 29, 2026 | 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. | Eagle Ranch in Flowery Branch
Purpose: a day retreat to step away from the noise, pace, and pressure of everyday leadership, creating space for silence, solitude, renewal, and deeper connection with God.
Leader Collective
When: Wednesday, November 11 | 6:30–9:00 p.m. | NPCC
Dinner will be served.
Purpose: Author and historian John Dickson will help us explore how to respond well to doubt, navigate common obstacles to belief, and lead conversations about faith with confidence and compassion.
