Welcome to the GroupLife Team!

Our primary way of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ is by helping people take a next step into a small group because we believe the best way to grow spiritually, is to connect relationally with others who are seeking the same thing. Whether it’s a Starting Point group, a Care Network group, or a Community Group, we have a next-step option for everyone attending one of our churches.

An effective group leader is the key to an effective groups ministry, so the support, encouragement, and direction you provide your leaders is critical to the success of our groups and the growth of the people in them.

The goal of this orientation is to introduce you to the common language we use to talk about groups and spiritual growth. We want you to become fluent in these so you can leverage our strategy with those you lead and shepherd. You will find four sections to this orientation:

  1. Principle Documents (review during your first week)

  2. Watch/Listen/Read (complete within first month on staff)

  3. One-on-Ones (complete within first 2 months on staff)

  4. Watch/Listen/Read (complete within the first 6 months on staff.)

Life is better connected,
and we are thankful God
brought you to the team!

first week

These documents communicate core strategy and language that will be important to your job and we want you to be familiar with. Be sure to review these documents within your first week on staff.
