Branding Groups: re:group 2016
The following documents have to do with the brand auditing process North Point Groups used in 2011. The process was conducted in order to clarify who the Groups ministry was, what we wanted to be, and how to better align our intent and our reality.
The audit involved four focus groups and 40 interviews with various stakeholders in our organization.
Focus Group Example This handout was used for the brand audit focus group. Staff members were the only attendees at this focus group.
Brand Audit Interview Questions This PDF contains all of the questions we asked during the brand audit process.
Brand Brief This is the final product of the rebranding process for Groups. It is a two-page document detailing who we are as a Groups ministry.
Blank Brand Brief This is a handout to help you think through your own brand brief.
The following videos were produced after we completed the rebranding process. Each video attempts to cast vision for what we want groups to be.
What are Community Groups? explains what you can expect from Community Groups.
What is GroupLink? explains what you can expect from GroupLink (our event where Community Groups form).
Tripp and Tyler: Next Steps GroupLink Video plays during our GroupLink event. It helps cast vision to new group members for what group is all about. (You can purchase this video here if you would like to use it at your church)
Remember . . . Groups Promo Video plays before our Sunday morning services.
Week 3: Community is a clip from our eight-week starter curriculum, designed to get groups off to a great start. It helps group members have a more consistent experience. (You can purchase Community: Starting Well in Your Small Group here.)
