Ending your group well is one of the most difficult parts of leadership. That's because it's one of the most important Leader Essentials, but it doesn't feel urgent until the eleventh hour. And if you wait to address it until it feels urgent, it's probably too late to actually end your group well. As I noted in this post from October 2013, ending well is absolutely vital to making sure your group members walk away with a positive experience of community.
