ACTS of the APOSTLES
from The Bible Project
NOTE: This study requires the group to read the first twelve chapters of Acts the week prior. This study is not intended to be started without that first week of reading beforehand.
ACTS SESSION 1: CHAPTERS 1–12
The first half of the book of Acts describes how, through the power of the Holy Spirit, the church was established in Jerusalem and the surrounding area, including Antioch.
ACTS SESSION 2: CHAPTERS 13-28
The second half of the book of Acts shows how the gospel was launched out of Antioch to the ends of the known world, carried by missionaries, the chief of whom was a man named Paul.
THIS DISCUSSION IS A TWO-WEEK CURRICULUM FOR GROUPS.
These video-based Bible studies are designed to get groups discussing the Bible. These discussions should lead to better understanding of who God is, inspire us to dig into the Bible for ourselves, and help us to make applications in our everyday lives.
Provide every group member with a link to this page at least a week before beginning the study. Everyone will need to read Acts 1–12 before your first session.
