Seven Questions to Ask About Last Year

It’s a new year. Whether your 2012 was good, bad, or somewhere in between, it’s time to put a cap on it and move with purpose into 2013—especially if you’re a leader.

In order to move forward with purpose, it’s important to take some time to look back at the previous year and assess what happened and what it all meant to you. Author and leadership expert Michael Hyatt recently published a great blog post that provides practical guidance for doing just that.
